Yes! We are proud to offer our Zerorez® Gotta Love It Guarantee™ on all of our services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, give us a call or send us an email, and we will be happy to make it right.
Please note: we reserve the right to re-service the area of concern before any refund will be offered. We will, at our prerogative, attempt a basic re-cleaning of the area prior to discussion of additional treatments. In special circumstances, such as urine or stain removals, your technician will give a recommended course of action to remedy any issues found in the carpet. If those suggestions are not taken, we may complete the suggested work for the suggested cost at the time of the re-service.
Please also note that cleaning may not reverse damage done to your textile. Stains from food, cosmetics, and other agents may be permanent. Lack of maintenance or improper maintenance will cause permanent damage. Normal usage of your textiles will cause irreversible damage to the textile. Extreme soiling from urine, feces, blood and vomit can cause permanent damage to the flooring and upholstery, and to the surrounding areas. No amount of cleaning can remove these effects.
There may be treatments available to reduce staining. These treatments are performed in addition to the normal cleaning process, and as such, have an additional charge. There is no guarantee these treatments will be 100% effective. Please consult your technician for any areas of concern.
If such treatment is performed, and the result is not what satisfactory, we will return and re-clean the area at no charge, no questions asked. If additional treatments are needed, we may charge for the additional treatments.
