Empowered Water™ is water that has been softened and electrolyzed with our patented EO Water System. Empowered Water™ cleans like soap and eliminates most germs and bacteria instantly — without any chemical additives. The benefit of using this process is that no soap residue is left behind from our cleaning to continue collecting soil after the cleaning. In short, carpets stay cleaner longer and tend to dry faster. Only ZEROREZ® has the exclusive patented rights to clean with this technology in the carpet cleaning industry!

This service is free of charge and by request only. We will clean up to and around larger items such as large entertainment centers, bookshelves, and beds. Items we move will be placed on protective slips or blocks to keep them safe from the wet carpet. We will move, at your request, up to two pieces of furniture per area that we clean at no additional charge. Additional pieces may be moved at an additional service charge, to be determined by the technician.

Yes! We are proud to offer our Zerorez® Gotta Love It Guarantee™ on all of our services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, give us a call or send us an email, and we will be happy to make it right. Please note: we reserve the right to re-service the area of concern before any refund will be offered. We will, at our prerogative, attempt a basic re-cleaning of the area prior to discussion of additional treatments. In special circumstances, such as urine or stain removals, your technician will give a recommended course of action to remedy any issues found in the carpet. If those suggestions are not taken, we may complete the suggested work for the suggested cost at the time of the re-service. Please also note that cleaning may not reverse damage done to your textile. Stains from food, cosmetics, and other agents may be permanent. Lack of maintenance or improper maintenance will cause permanent damage. Normal usage of your textiles will cause irreversible damage to the textile. Extreme soiling from urine, feces, blood and vomit can cause permanent damage to the flooring and upholstery, and to the surrounding areas. No amount of cleaning can remove these effects. There may be treatments available to reduce staining. These treatments are performed in addition to the normal cleaning process, and as such, have an additional charge. There is no guarantee these treatments will be 100% effective. Please consult your technician for any areas of concern. If such treatment is performed, and the result is not what satisfactory, we will return and re-clean the area at no charge, no questions asked. If additional treatments are needed, we may charge for the additional treatments.

We consider a carpet room size to be an area of 30-150 square feet. For rooms that exceed 150 square feet are considered a regular area. Areas larger than 200 square feet can be subject to an additional charge. The service technician will perform a final price assessment of all areas to be cleaned onsite. Wood, tile, linoleum, vinyl, and laminate flooring is considered a room between 20 and 130 square feet. For areas larger than 130 square feet, an additional charge may be added. Areas are also defined by usage. A living room/dining room combination area is considered as two separate rooms, even if they appear to be one room. Breakfast nooks are considered their own area, even if connected to a kitchen or dining room. Hallways are considered to be separate areas, and are not part of the room. This may be true even if there is no wall barrier between the hall and the room- if the main traffic pattern is clearly defined from the room, it may be considered a hallway, and charged as such. Most closets are included in the room rate, however walk-in closets may be charged separately. Synthetic rugs cleaned on the carpeted areas that they stay on may be considered part of the room if the rug is not moved and we do not clean underneath it. Natural rugs will have an additional charge added.

The first room of carpet or tile we clean we charge $74, regardless of size (unless it exceeds 250 square feet). Small areas of carpet (30-150 square feet) are charged at $34, and between 150-200 square feet the charge is $44. Stairs are priced at $66 for a full set of stairs (typically 14-16 stairs). The service technician will assess all areas to be cleaned on-site for a final quote. Tiled areas are charged starting at $49 per area, up to 125 sq ft. Small areas may be charged on a square footage basis. Wood floors require special equipment and solutions, and start at $89 per area. An area is considered up to 125 sq ft. The normal minimum charge is also raised from the $74 minimum for carpet because of the special equipment required. Commercial carpet, tile, and VCT prices vary depending on the material to be cleaned, the soiling, frequency of cleaning, time of cleaning, type of cleaning required (encapsulation or hot water extraction) and other logistical considerations. Please contact us for an evaluation and quote on cleaning commercial spaces.

ZEROREZ® understands accidents happen, causing odor and discoloration in your floors. If not properly treated, biological matter such as urine can create a breeding ground for bacteria and an unhealthy environment. We offer several treatment methods to clean and sanitize areas contaminated by biological matter: 1. Level I Basic Bio Treatment: This is not a guaranteed service. We use this method to treat areas that have mild to moderate biological contamination contained in the surface area of the flooring or fibers. 2. Level II Advanced Bio Treatment: This is not a guaranteed service. This is a deep saturation and extraction process used to treat moderate to severe biological issues that have spread into the carpet backing and/or carpet pad There is a charge for the above services. Our service technician must assess the issues onsite in order to determine the best treatment and price. Biological Treatments typically start at $65 and can run well above $1000, depending on the size of the house or office, and the extent of the damage.

We can clean some area rugs in your home as long as there are no biological issues in the rug (such as urine, blood, feces or vomit) and there is an appropriate surface to clean on. For finer rugs, or rugs that have major soiling such as urine or feces, it is recommended to wash the rug in our facility. We are able to more thoroughly rinse the backing and have more time to allow treatments to work. We also have much more control over the drying of the rugs, to minimize problems.

This is especially noticed on light colored carpet. This soiling is called filtration soiling because it comes from air passing through the carpet as it is attempting to get through the space between the carpet and the baseboard or closed door. This occurs over a significant period of time and is not noticed until a build-up has occurred. This type of soiling is difficult to remove because the soil particles are so fine that they penetrate deep into the carpet pile and often into the backing of the carpet. With special effort, reasonable results can sometimes be achieved. To help prevent filtration soiling, vacuum and wipe the edges of the carpet on a regular basis.
